The No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide have looked outstanding so far this season, cruising to a 5-0 record in impressive fashion.

Meanwhile, the No. 2 Clemson Tigers have also impressed en route to an unblemished record through five weeks.

Though the two schools seem to be on a collision course for a third-straight meeting in the national championship game, there are certainly some potential road blocks.

Athlon Sports identified the biggest trap game and the biggest challenger for both squads, with Alabama’s biggest potential trap coming on Nov. 11 at Mississippi State.

Unsurprisingly, the Crimson Tide’s biggest challenger, according to Athlon, is Auburn in the Iron Bowl.

Though the Bulldogs have fallen apart a bit in the past two weeks, the Tigers have looked like legitimate threats to Alabama’s SEC West supremacy.

Of course, in the SEC, trouble lurks around every corner, so the Crimson Tide will have to stay focused, but with coach Nick Saban running things, that shouldn’t be a problem.
