Heading into the season, there were high expectations on the LSU Tigers, and to say those have gone unfulfilled so far would be an understatement.

The latest setback was a 24-21 home loss to the Troy Trojans, one that dropped the Tigers to 3-2 on the season.

Facing seven SEC games on the remaining schedule, this year could quickly turn into a lost year for LSU if things don’t turn around quickly.

However, on Monday, coach Ed Orgeron promised that the Tigers would be ready for this weekend’s tough road game at Florida:

Saturday’s game against the Gators is the CBS game of the week, so another high-profile disappointment on a national stage won’t do much to help take pressure off of Coach O.
