Back in the fold: Top Texas A&M target lists Aggies among finalists following recent decommitment
It looks like Leon O’Neal Jr. has narrowed his list of schools to four finalists, and Texas A&M is still in the running.
O’Neal is a 4-star safety out of Cypress, Texas and is a special talent. He is listed on the composite rankings at 247 Sports as the ninth overall safety in the country and eighth best player from the state of Texas for 2018.
O’Neal was previously committed to Texas A&M before Kevin Sumlin was fired at the end of the season. It looks like A&M still has a shot to sign the talented player, but the Aggies are now among a strong group of suitors for O’Neal’s services.
