The Mississippi State Bulldogs lost a commitment from 3-star WR Johnquarise Patterson Monday night.

Patterson revealed the news via his Twitter account and thanked MSU for giving him a chance to play at an “amazing place.”

The Pearl, Mississippi, native is ranked as the nation’s No. 103 WR and the state’s No. 11 overall player, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings. Patterson had been committed to MSU since August.

The Bulldogs signed four WRs during the Early Signing Period in December under new head coach Joe Moorhead.
