LOOK: Georgia Tech police department trolls Bulldogs with pre-title game tweet
The Georgia Bulldogs took down the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets to end the regular season, but the Yellow Jackets still couldn’t resist taking a shot at the Dawgs prior to Monday’s National Championship Game.
As the Bulldogs prepare to take on Alabama in the title contest in Atlanta (GT’s home city), the Georgia Tech police department decided to troll their rivals.
As you can see in the tweet below, the GTPD implored everyone to drive safely after the game, tagging Alabama’s Twitter account but not Georgia’s:
We implore everyone to #drivesafely tonight, especially considering potential inclement weather and the upcoming @AlabamaFTBL game at @MBStadium. We would highly suggest public transit if possible.

Even Georgia Tech coach Paul Johnson, a noted SEC agitator, had something to say, responding to the GTPD’s tweet:
Tonight is a great chance to raise revenue by giving tickets to illegally parked dawgs.

The two schools really don’t like each other, but if the Dawgs manage to bring the College Football Playoff title trophy back to Athens, they won’t give much thought to the Yellow Jackets for a few years.
