Mizzou is doubling up on good news from the recruiting trail on Monday as Missouri native Bobby Lawrence just joined Nick Bolton as a new Tiger commitment.

Lawrence had been committed to Iowa State but announced his decision to leave the Cyclone class for Barry Odom’s Missouri program. The Tigers are now scheduled to bring in three offensive linemen in the 2018 recruiting class. Mizzou now has 24 total commitments with National Signing Day just around the corner.

The 6-foot-8, 300-pound Lawrence ranks as the No. 19 overall recruit from Missouri and the No. 140 overall offensive tackle in the nation according to 247Sports Composite Rankings. Lawrence had recently been offered a scholarship by Scott Frost and Nebraska but is choosing to stay closer to home and play for the Tigers.
