Georgia Bulldogs make offer to Jadeveon Clowney's cousin, Demon Clowney
Jadeveon Clowney will go down as one of the best players in South Carolina history, with his hit against Michigan RB Vincent Smith remembered as one of the most iconic in college football history.
Now, as his cousin, 2020 DE Demon Clowney, prepares for college, he’s getting interest from a different SEC school.
Demon tweeted on Tuesday that he had received an offer from the Georgia Bulldogs — one of South Carolina’s biggest rivals:
Blessed to Announce that I’ve received an offer from THE University of Georgia #SEC #DawgNation 🐶 pic.twitter.com/CvZK5qHK2z

Demon is a 2020 prospect, so he hasn’t been rated by the major recruiting sites just yet. However, if he takes after his cousin, he’ll surely be a star.
This is believed to be the younger Clowney’s first scholarship offer, but if the Bulldogs are interested, other schools are sure to follow.
