WATCH: Hayden Hurst explains why he should be the first TE taken in the 2018 NFL Draft
Hayden Hurst is the top tight end on many big boards leading up to the 2018 NFL Draft, but the big question now is whether or not he’ll be a first-round pick.
Currently, some analysts have him going in the latter part of Day 1, but Hurst is still campaigning for the chance to go in Round 1.
On Saturday night, Hurst appeared on the NFL Network to discuss what teams will be getting out of him if they draft him early:
"They're gonna get a warrior."@haydenrhurst could be the 1st TE taken on draft night and he want teams to know what they are getting ⬇️

“They’re going to get a warrior,” he said. “Whether it’s a practice, whether it’s a walkthrough or anything, they’re getting a guy who wants to come in and play full speed. I’m a competitor. That’s what I’ve done the past three years at South Carolina and that’s why I’m in the position I’m in today.”
Hurst finished his three-year South Carolina career with 100 catches for 1,281 yards and three touchdowns.
