Alex Bregman was a star shortstop for the LSU Tigers a few years ago before getting drafted with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2015 MLB Draft.

Now with the Houston Astros, Bregman has moved over to third base, where he continues to shine. Last year, he helped the Astros win the World Series.

On Wednesday, though, he got to experience what was probably one of the coolest moments of his career. As you can see in the video below, he got to surprise his brother, A.J., with the news that he had been drafted by the Astros in the 35th round of the 2018 MLB Draft:

Indeed, that was the case, as the Astros followed through, taking the left-handed pitcher with the No. 1,062 pick in the draft:

Bregman is committed to play for New Mexico this coming season, but now he has a decision to make. Will he follow his brother into the Astros organization or will he head to school and try to improve his draft stock?
