It’s official: Roquan Smith has finally signed with the Chicago Bears.

The former Georgia linebacker was the last of the 2018 first-round picks without a deal signed, holding out with training camp in full swing. News broke Monday that an agreement had finally been reached, giving Smith a guaranteed $18 million over four years with another $11 million available in bonuses. On Tuesday, the Bears’ official Twitter account shared the photographic proof that the deal was being signed.

Smith will be made available to the media after Tuesday’s practice. It’s safe to say Chicago general manager Ryan Pace is happy to finally have his top draft pick signed.

“We’re looking forward to Roquan joining our team and getting him prepared for the 2018 season,” Pace said in a statement tweeted by the team account.
