Green Bay Packers place former Ole Miss RB Akeem Judd on reserve/retired list
Akeem Judd was a former Ole Miss standout running back, but went undrafted in the 2017 NFL Draft.
Eventually, he signed with the Tennessee Titans, but was cut by the team in October. He then signed with the New York Jets, but was released in May.
The Green Bay Packers picked him up in August and gave him some action in their first two preseason games, but it appears Judd has decided to retire from the NFL:
#Packers have signed RB LeShun Daniels and placed RB Akeem Judd on the reserve/retired list. Judd was signed Aug. 6 and did some nice things to catch the attention of Mike McCarthy. Daniels, a second-year player from Iowa, has spent time with the Patriots, Chargers and Redskins.

Judd spent the 2015 and 2016 seasons with the Rebels after redshirting in 2014. He amassed 1,251 yards and nine touchdowns in his two years in Oxford.
What prompted him to call it quits on his career isn’t known at this time, but it appears as if his time with the Packers, and the NFL in general, is over.
