Letters of the alphabet aren’t supposed to taste very good, but when it’s a tiger and actually an LSU opponent’s logo, it’s probably delicious.

Mike the Tiger’s keepers served him up a “U” on Saturday for the University of Miami, which plays against LSU on Sunday night at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

The “U” is definitely a much easier creation to make than the Hurricanes’ mascot Sebastian the Ibus, but he may also be on the menu at some point on Sunday.

Mike’s meat creations have become a weekly tradition in his indoor cage area and nearly every SEC opponent has been a meal at one point or another.

Whether the actual team can beat the Hurricanes is another story. Head coach Ed Orgeron is sure to find out a lot in the early going. One of the Tigers’ biggest questions is in the offensive backfield where they have to replace the production of running back Derrius Guice and see if transfer Joe Burrow can replace Danny Etling at quarterback.
