Turnover gains? Arizona State debuts unique biceps curl turnover celebration

We’ve seen turnover chains, turnover planks, turnover shoulder pads, turnover thrones and more in the past couple of seasons.

However, on Saturday, the Arizona State Sun Devils debuted what may be the strangest of all the turnover celebrations.

As you can see in the GIF below, the Sun Devils are now using a curl bar for players to flex their biceps after making big plays:

What better reward for creating a turnover than a workout? Seems like it’s only a matter of time until a player strains a biceps muscle during this celebration.

However, for now, it seems to be a popular way to celebrate, so it’ll keep going at Arizona State.
