Fans make their picks in potential Derek Mason-Dan Mullen fight

Vanderbilt coach Derek Mason and Florida coach Dan Mullen had to be restrained from going after one another during Saturday afternoon’s game in Nashville.

The fracas on the Florida sideline stemmed from a targeting penalty against a Florida linebacker on a punt that left a Vanderbilt player injured.

As you can see below, neither coach was happy with the other during this late-second quarter shouting match:

That, naturally, prompted fans to choose sides in a hypothetical fight between the two SEC coaches. Most were riding with Mason to win:

Mullen didn’t get a whole lot of support, but one person did cite Mullen’s dance moves as a reason to take him seriously:
