Georgia DB Deandre Baker is likely to be a first-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, but there’s still one more college game lurking on Georgia’s schedule.

While some players have decided not to play in their teams’ bowl games, Baker is going the other way and will suit up one last time for the Dawgs.

On Wednesday, Baker announced that he was going to play in the Sugar Bowl against Texas on New Year’s Day:

Obviously, that’s a big boost for the Bulldog defense, as Baker is one of the most talented corners in the country.

It’ll be nice to see Baker in a Georgia uniform one last time before he heads off to the NFL.
