This late in the 2019 recruiting cycle, many uncommitted prospects are waiting to announce until the early signing period begins Wednesday. Tulsa DE Isaiah McGuire, however, had a good reason to go ahead and announce his commitment to Mizzou on Tuesday.
McGuire decided to share his college decision on his mother’s birthday. His announcement came in the form of a tweet with a 10-second video showing a few photos and ending with him in a Tigers uniform.
A 3-star recruit, the Union product is rated the No. 16 recruit out of Oklahoma in the 2019 recruiting class. He is listed at 6-5, 260 pounds. He chooses MU over Tulsa.
