Mizzou announces home-and-home series with former Big 12 foe

Fans of the Missouri Tigers still hold a grudge against Colorado, and it all goes back to the 1990 season, when the Buffaloes won a national championship. The Buffaloes beat Mizzou in Columbia by scoring a touchdown on the last play of the game.
However, it was a play that never should have happened, as it was the fifth down for the Buffaloes. Now, it appears the two schools will resume the former Big 12 rivalry.
Per the Missouri athletics site, the Tigers will take on the Buffaloes for a home-and-home series, with the first game coming in 2025 — the 35th anniversary of the infamous Fifth Down Game.
CBS Sports reporter Dennis Dodd reports that the other game will be held in 2030, on the 40th anniversary of the Fifth Down Game:
Missouri & Colorado just agreed to a games in 2025 and 2030 that come on the 35th and 40th anniversaries of the Fifth Down Game.

The second game has yet to be confirmed by Mizzou, but this will certainly be a home-and-home to watch. Both schools have since left the Big 12, with Missouri in the SEC, obviously, and Colorado joining the Pac-12.
