Texas A&M has been known to win over members of Florida State’s program in the past and that has once again turned out to be the case this weekend.

If you didn’t hear, the Aggies hosted Mike Evans over the weekend as the former All-SEC performer wanted to train back where his epic rise began and, of course, Texas A&M welcomed him back to campus with open arms. Evans didn’t come alone, however, as he brought his NFL teammate Jameis Winston with him to College Station.

While he may not have much of a connection to the Aggies, Winston is connected to the program through Jimbo Fisher and his former coach was glad to welcome him to campus this weekend along with Evans. Interestingly enough, following the visit, Winston shared his thoughts on how impressive a situation Fisher now finds himself in after leaving Tallahassee for College Station.

According to Winston, Texas A&M has “the best facilities in the world!” in College Station. That’s high praise from the former Seminole All-American and one that’s surely going to be used the next time the Aggies find themselves in a recruiting battle against Florida State.

If the facilities in College Station are considered best to Winston, that may be good enough to convince the next great quarterback to unite with the coach that helped Winston become the No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft.
