Former Tennessee QB Peyton Manning is an NFL legend, winning two Super Bowls and setting numerous records throughout his illustrious career.

Tiger Woods is one of the best golfers of all-time, and managed to win The Masters this year after a long battle with injuries and personal issues.

On Wednesday, the two iconic athletes got to spend some time on the golf course together, playing a round at the Memorial Tournament pro-am. Afterwards, Manning said it was great to be able to play alongside Woods for the second year in a row:

“I’ve played a lot of golf with Tiger all the way through the years, it doesn’t really amaze me anymore because I’ve seen so many incredible things,” Manning said. “I’ve kind of come to expect it. It’s kind of like when he makes a par, you’re surprised.”

Woods returned the praise, complimenting a putt Manning made on the 18th hole and his game in general:

“He’s gotten so much better,” he said. “When we first played, he was just starting out the game, but now that he’s retired, he can play a lot more golf. … To walk around with greatness like this, it’s always fun.”

This probably won’t be the last time these two greats share the course, so we’ll see how good Manning gets in the coming years.
