Spanish Fort native Kris Abrams-Draine is getting closer to making a decision as the four-star receiver from Alabama just revealed his list of five finalists.

Among the five, two hail from the SEC as Ole Miss and Tennessee have made the cut in addition to Florida State, Oregon and West Virginia for the Spanish Fort High School standout. He was previously committed to LSU but he backed off that pledge this spring.

247Sports Composite Rankings list Abrams-Draine as the No. 63 receiver in the nation and the No. 15 overall prospect from Alabama in the 2020 recruiting cycle. He has a scheduled official visit to West Virginia coming up but has yet to take any other official visit at this time. During his junior season at Spanish Fort, Abrams-Draine caught 44 passes for 584 yards and 11 touchdowns.

While he’s visited, or at least scheduled to visit, four of his five finalists this spring, the only campus Abrams-Draine has been on multiple times this spring is Tennessee’s campus.
