Sony Michel could not have asked for a better debut season in the NFL as the former Georgia standout finished his first professional season with the Patriots as a world champion.

Not only did Michel help New England win a ring, he stepped up and played his best when it mattered most as he averaged 112 rushing yards and two touchdowns in the three playoff games he played in for the Patriots after rushing for 931 yards and six touchdowns during the regular season.

Needless to say, New England received plenty of value for the 31st overall selection in the 2018 NFL Draft, which the franchise used to pick Michel following his career in Athens, which featured 4,234 yards and 39 touchdowns from scrimmage in his four seasons with the Bulldogs.

The Patriots revealed the Super Bowl LIII rings handed out to the players Thursday evening after the team beat the Rams 13-3 in the latest Super Bowl.
