Former Auburn F Horace Spencer signs pro contract with South American squad
Auburn F Horace Spencer didn’t get drafted in last week’s NBA Draft, but that wasn’t exactly a surprise, as only 60 players hear their names called each year.
However, Spencer does now have a pro basketball contract, and he’ll be heading down to South America to get his career started.
As you can see below, Atenas Cordoba — a team from Argentina — announced that Spencer had been signed to a contract:

Atenas Cordoba plays in Argentina’s national basketball league. They haven’t won the title in over a decade, but Spencer could help change that.
Spencer averaged 4.2 points and 4.0 rebounds per game in 2018-19, appearing in 40 games and making two starts.
