Reggie Grimes II may or may not know where he will play his college football but he at least knows when he plans to make his decision on where he will play at the next level.

The elite prospect from Tennessee recently announced he plans on making his college decision on Nov. 2. The current favorites for his services are Alabama, where his father Reggie Grimes played his college football, Jeremy Pruitt’s in-state Tennessee program and Will Muschamp’s South Carolina program. LSU, Vanderbilt and Florida State are among the other schools Grimes list as finalists in his recruitment.

The 6-foot-4, 240-pound Nashville native ranks as the No. 31 overall recruit, the No. 3 weakside defensive end in the nation and Tennessee’s No. 1 prospect by 247Sports Composite Rankings. Grimes recently transferred from Mount Juliet High School to Ravenwood High School for his senior season of prep football.

Grimes recently took an official visit to South Carolina and has one scheduled to Tuscaloosa for Sept. 20. He currently has no other official visits lined up at this time.
