The Alabama secondary is going to be full of talented athletes this fall, from Xavier McKinney to Trevon Diggs to Shyheim Carter and more.

However, only one can be the hardest hitter in the secondary, and Diggs made his pick during a press conference on Monday.

As you can see in the video below, shared on YouTube by Charlie Potter, Diggs only hesitates for a second before naming Josh Jobe:

“He’s grown a lot. I really like him,” Diggs said. “He’s matured more and he’s doing really well. He’s really focused in and locked in. He has an aggressive edge about him. … He goes out there and hits everybody hard.”

Jobe appeared in 14 games as a backup last year. He recorded 8 tackles, but his role should be a lot bigger this fall.
