Fans had hilarious responses to Kirby Smart's 'they're on the brink of something special' Tennessee quote
Coaches often have to speak about their opponents in the week leading up to a game, and this week, Georgia’s Kirby Smart gets the honor of talking about the struggling Tennessee Volunteers.
That led to a quote that raised many eyebrows on Monday, when Smart had to dance around calling the Vols bad this year.
So, what Smart said instead was that the Vols are “on the brink of something special.”
