It’s never good when they have to get the cart.

Former Alabama DB Dre Kirkpatrick was carted off the field in the first half of the Cincinnati-Baltimore game on Sunday.

According to Pro Football Talk, another player rolled onto to knee of the Bengals cornerback. Kirkpatrick stayed down on the field before medical personnel eventually helped him onto a cart to examine him in the locker room.

That’s Kirkpatrick’s former Alabama teammate Mark Ingram who can be seen kneeling in the photo tweeted above. The two were both on UA’s 2009 and 2010 teams.
