The Senior Bowl is on Saturday afternoon, and a number of talented college players will do their best to improve their NFL Draft stock.

However, after originally agreeing to play in the game, South Carolina WR Bryan Edwards won’t be taking part in the festivities.

Per The State, Edwards’ knee that bothered him during the 2019 season isn’t fully healed:

Wide receiver Bryan Edwards was not listed on the roster anymore as of Monday morning and he confirmed to The State he dropped out because his knee was not 100 percent. He missed the final two games of the 2019 season because of a knee injury required a scope after the Appalachian State game.

Former South Carolina WR Deebo Samuel had a great effort in the Senior Bowl last year, improving his stock and landing with the Super Bowl-bound San Francisco 49ers.

Now, we’ll see if Edwards can recover enough in time for February’s NFL Combine.
