South Carolina once again has a full coaching staff in Columbia.

Will Muschamp’s coaching staff has resembled a revolving door this offseason as the Gamecocks have seen coaches come and go following last season’s disappointing 4-8 finish on the field.

The biggest move made by Muschamp this offseason came when he hired former Colorado State head coach and Georgia offensive coordinator Mike Bobo as the program’s new offensive coordinator. That move meant Bryan McClendon had to be demoted and after he failed to land an NFL assistant job, he returned to the Gamecocks for spring football, only to leave once spring was canceled prematurely due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Following Thomas Browns’ decision to leave South Carolina for the Los Angeles Rams and McClendon’s decision to leave for Oregon, Muschamp has landed on former NC State assistant Des Kitchings to serve as the new Gamecock running backs coach. Kitchings has been given a one-year deal worth $300,000 to coach in Columbia in 2020.

NC State did not have a 1,000-yard rusher last season but that came after three consecutive seasons of producing at least one 1,000-yard rusher for the program.

Here’s an updated look at South Carolina’s 2020 coaching staff:

Mike Bobo – OC
Joe Cox – WR
Travaris Robinson – DC/DB
Des Kitchings – RB
Mike Peterson – OLB
Tracy Rocker – DL
Bobby Bentley – TE
Eric Wolford – OL
