The best recruiting class in the Southeastern Conference just got better as Tennessee has landed a commitment from four-star tight end Hudson Wolfe.

The 6-foot-6, 240-pound Hardin County High School standout is rated as the No. 9 tight end prospect in the nation and a top 225 overall recruit in the 2021 recruiting cycle by 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Wolfe announced his public commitment via an online video from Rivals.

Tennessee beat out Alabama, Ohio State and Ole Miss, among many others, to land Wolfe’s commitment. Following this news, Tennessee now holds commitments from 24 prospects in the 2021 recruiting cycle.

The class ranks No. 1 in the SEC and No. 3 nationally, behind only Ohio State and Clemson in the 2021 recruiting cycle.

During his junior season at Hardin County, Wolfe caught 25 passes for 381 yards and nine touchdowns.
