One of the nation’s top prospects is closer to making his college decision.

Miami native Leonard Taylor announced on Monday he’s officially down to two programs as the five-star lineman intends to play his college football at Miami or Florida.

Previously, the Miami Palmetto High School standout had Auburn, Tennessee and LSU in his top 5.

The 6-foot-4, 255-pound Taylor is rated as the No. 3 defensive tackle prospect in the country and a top 30 overall recruit in the 2021 recruiting cycle by 247Sports Composite Rankings.

When his senior season at Miami Palmetto High School comes to an end, Taylor is committed to participating in the 2021 Under Armour All-American Game.

During his junior season, Taylor registered 68 tackles, 26 tackles for loss and 11 sacks. The highlights of that season can be viewed below. He even scored a touchdown on a Pick 6, that he tipped up into the air himself.
