The Jacksonville Jaguars parted ways with former Tennessee QB Joshua Dobbs on Saturday amid a busy day of roster cuts.

The team also released Mike Glennon, another QB, but there was reportedly interest in bringing 1 of them back for a spot behind Gardner Minshew II and Jake Luton.

However, Dobbs won’t be back on the Jaguars’ roster anytime soon, as ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Pittsburgh Steelers claimed the former Vol on waivers:

Dobbs, of course, is quite familiar with the Steelers, as that’s the team that drafted him in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Now, Dobbs will try to earn a spot on the Steelers’ roster ahead of the 2020 season.
