Injuries happen in football. Unfortunately, some players have worse luck on the injury front than others.

LSU QB Myles Brennan missed several games in 2020 with an injury after starting (and performing well in) the Tigers’ first 3 games.

Now, he is dealing with a left arm injury. He had surgery on Tuesday, and it seems the surgery went well. Brennan shared this update to Twitter:

While it now seems likely that fellow LSU QB Max Johnson will win the starting job this fall, it’s still possible Brennan recovers in time to contribute this fall.

We’ll see how Brennan’s rehab and recovery from this surgery goes. In 3 games in 2020, Brennan threw for 1,112 yards, 11 touchdowns and 3 interceptions.
