After an ankle injury suffered in the Cocktail Party game against Florida in 2020, Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint is ready to have his number called as Georgia takes on Clemson in Charlotte on Saturday.

A former 4-star recruit and a Top 10 receiver nationally in high school, the Pompano Beach, Fla. product figures to be well within the plans of JT Daniels in 2021. With Daniels entering his first full season as starter after a stellar 4-game stretch at the end of 2020, part of the sophomore’s goal is to build a rapport with his quarterback as they have never played in a game together.

“We really click on a great level,” Rosemy-Jacksaint said, according to DawgNation’s Connor Riley. “We’ve been working on our chemistry all offseason. All the receivers feel like we have a great chance to perform.”

And Rosemy-Jacksaint’s role is set to grow with a banged-up group of wide receivers on Georgia’s roster.

While Kirby Smart didn’t release a depth chart for the game on Saturday, we know Arik Gilbert will be out while tending to personal issues. Other members of the pass-catching corps, including Darnell Washington, Dominick Blaylock, Kearis Jackon, and Jermaine Burton, are working back from injuries of their own.
