Katy Perry is on the Lane Train.

The pop singer answered Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin’s Twitter shoutout on Thursday, voicing support for Rebels quarterback Matt Corral’s Heisman Trophy campaign.

After a Week 1 win over Louisville in Atlanta, Ole Miss is back home this Saturday to take on Austin Peay. Kiffin missed Monday night’s game after testing positive for COVID-19 but is expected to be back on the sidelines for Week 2’s game.

Perry famously visited Oxford for the 2014 Alabama game and appeared on ESPN’s “College GameDay” as the celebrity guest picker. Perry rooted for the Rebels in support of her manager, Bradford Cobb, an Ole Miss alum. During the segment, Perry memorably trolled LSU by bringing out corn dogs when picking the LSU-Auburn game. Kiffin mentioned corn dogs in his Wednesday tweet.

Hopefully, the GameDay crew and the GOAT guest picker return to Oxford sooner than later.
