College football fans roast Nick Saban for comment about Jimbo Fisher earlier this year
Earlier during the offseason, Jimbo Fisher said the Texas A&M Aggies didn’t want to wait until Nick Saban left Alabama to “beat their ass.”
Well, Fisher proved to be wise with those words, as the Aggies took down the Crimson Tide 41-38 Saturday night in College Station.
Now, Saban’s response to those comments has come back into focus. Below, you can revisit Saban’s response, in which he smiles and says “in golf?”:
"In golf?" *laughs* "Is that what he was talking about? In football? ?

Naturally, with Alabama losing on Saturday night, those comments from Saban have taken on new life.

Yeah, that didn’t age well for Saban or the Tide. Don’t feel too sorry for them, though. The path to a national title is still there for Alabama.
