Mississippi State breaks out rare uniform combination ahead of Vanderbilt
Mississippi State celebrated Maroon Friday with a reveal of its uniform combination ahead of the Vanderbilt game.
It will be the White/White/Maroon combination for the first time since 2008 Saturday afternoon in Nashville, according to Hail State Unis.
The Bulldogs own a four-game winning streak against Vanderbilt, as State has not lost to the Commodores since Oct. 2, 2004, and has outscored Vanderbilt, 107-34 in that span.
The Bulldogs have a rare stat this in that State and No. 1 Georgia are the only teams in the nation with multiple wins over teams currently ranked inside the AP Top 25.
State is on the road for a 4 p.m. ET game that will be televised by the SEC Network.
