Georgia fans call out Bulldogs for not turning to backup QB JT Daniels

Georgia fans aren’t happy with the way the SEC Championship Game is going on Saturday evening.

The Bulldogs trail Alabama 38-17 early in the fourth quarter, but QB Stetson Bennett IV hasn’t had a great second half.

That’s led many to question why coach Kirby Smart isn’t putting backup QB JT Daniels in the game, insisting on sticking with Bennett.

Smart’s reluctance to go to Daniels has drawn plenty of reaction on Twitter, as you can see below:

Georgia is down 3 scores with time running out. If Bennett can’t make the explosive plays and move the offense a little quicker, it might be time to see what Daniels can do.
