Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs got a major weight off their backs on Monday night, claiming the school’s first football title since 1980 by beating Alabama 33-18.

On Saturday, the Bulldogs celebrated the title, and the winning coach took the podium to speak.

As you can see below, Smart thanked his players for all the hard work they did before the season even started. He also thanked the school’s administration and the Georgia fan base for the support his program has received:

Smart knows no one succeeds in life without support, so he had plenty of thank-yous to issue on Saturday afternoon.

The party continues in Athens, and it isn’t likely to end any time soon!
