Drew Sanders took some key snaps for the Alabama Crimson Tide this season. But, after the season ended with a national title game loss, Sanders decided to explore his transfer options.

On Sunday afternoon, he took to Twitter to reveal he was staying in the SEC West for the 2022 season.

As you can see below, the Texas native revealed he was heading to Fayetteville to join head coach Sam Pittman, DC Barry Odom and the Arkansas Razorbacks:

Sanders had 24 tackles (2.5 for a loss), 1 sack and 2 pass breakups for the Crimson Tide defense in 2021.

What sort of role will he carve out in Odom’s defense in 2022? We’ll find out starting this spring!
