TyTy Washington injury update: Kentucky G leaves Auburn game in first half
TyTy Washington left the first half of the Kentucky-Auburn basketball game early after landing on his teammate’s foot, injuring his left ankle.

Unfortunately, Washington won’t be returning, UK announced at halftime.

Washington logged 9 minutes in the first half, scoring 4 points on 2-of-4 shooting from the floor. He also had an assist and a steal.
Washington’s absence had a drastic impact on John Calipari’s squad. In the final 8 minutes of the half, Auburn outscored UK 13-8, trimming Kentucky’s lead to 33-29 at the break.
We’ll see how Kentucky handles the second half in The Jungle without Washington.
