Tim Tebow has put his support behind the Billy Napier era at Florida, and the latest example came by way of him narrating a hype video ahead of National Signing Day on Wednesday.

Tebow spoke over a video that showed all-time highlights of high school recruits like Tebow and Emmitt Smith, and others, such as Vernon Hargreaves and Kaiir Elam, signing with the Gators. The video had the title, “A New Day.”

“When someone signs their name on the dotted line,” Tebow said, “it solidifies a commitment to something larger than themselves. … One small action closes the door on the past, enabling a new future to take shape. What lies beyond this moment, 90,000 strong, and an introduction unlike any other. A place where legends are born, and only Gators get out alive. Simply put, a gateway to greatness that leads to a stage reserved for the few. People say you can’t predict the future, we don’t need to. Florida is the future.”

Florida currently sits at No. 9 in the SEC, and No. 19 in the country, according to the 247Sports Composite. The class jumped into the top 20 thanks to a commitment from Jacksonville, Florida Bolles School 3-star edge defender Jack Pyburn.
