Florida picked up a post-Signing Day addition to its 2022 recruiting class on Wednesday. Arlis Boardingham, an ATH from Van Nuys, California, announced his commitment to the Gators.

Boardingham made his announcement live on the CBS Sports HQ streaming channel. After picking up 19 scholarship offers, he narrowed things down to UF and Oregon, choosing Billy Napier’s program.

Listed at 6-4, 220 pounds, Boardingham is rated 3-stars, the No. 31 ATH, No. 35 California product and No. 492 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2022 on the 247Sports Composite. Boardingham was recruited to Florida by both tight ends coach William Peagler and wide receivers coach Keary Colbert.

Napier’s transition class now has 18 prospects signed, including 3 early enrollees from the December Early Signing Period. The Gators also added 5 players from the NCAA Transfer Portal. On the Composite, Florida’s 2022 class ranks No. 16 nationally and No. 7 in the SEC.
