Darel Middleton has been with a lot of schools during his college career. He started at East Mississippi Community College before playing for Tennessee in 2019 and 2020. Then, he transferred to West Virginia for the 2021 season before leaving the team during the year.

Recently, he was committed to Alabama A&M, but now it seems he’s changed his mind and will play for a different FCS program.

As you can see below, Middleton took to Twitter over the weekend to reveal he was committing to coach Deion Sanders and the Jackson State Tigers:

In his 2 years with the Vols, Middleton appeared in 20 games, recording 43 tackles and 3 sacks.

How he fares at Jackson State remains to be seen, but it appears he’s found a home for the 2022 season.
