Alabama is making some staff changes this offseason. Some are obviously bigger than others, like replacing both the offensive and defensive coordinators.

Others won’t get the same level of attention, but are important nonetheless. Alabama made a couple of those on Monday.

Per Alabama insider Mike Rodak, former Michigan State and Houston Texans LB Max Bullough has been promoted from graduate assistant to analyst. He has been a GA at Alabama for the past 3 years.

Also according to Rodak, analyst Jake Long has been re-hired to his position for 2023:

How long will Bullough remain on Alabama’s staff as an analyst? Many Alabama analysts eventually leave for bigger jobs at other schools that are eager to hire assistants who have worked under Nick Saban.

We’ll see if Bullough and Long eventually end up moving on to on-field positions in the future.
