Alabama-Washington sets Peach Bowl, Georgia Dome attendance records
The Georgia Dome went out with a bang when it comes to college football, saving its best for last.
In Saturday evening’s Peach Bowl between No. 1 Alabama and No. 4 Washington, two attendance records were set.
With an attendance of 75,996 fans, the game set both the Peach Bowl and Georgia Dome attendance records:

The Georgia Dome will be torn down to make way for Mercedes-Benz Stadium this offseason, but college football fans (and Alabama fans, in particular), will always remember the stadium fondly.
