After starting the season 3-0, the Atlanta Falcons have lost their last two games to fall to 3-2 on the season as they try to make a return trip to the Super Bowl.

A big part of the Falcons’ struggles so far this year is the fact that star WR Julio Jones hasn’t scored a touchdown yet.

Though the former Alabama star has caught 25 passes for 367 yards, Atlanta coach Dan Quinn would like to see the ball find its way to Jones even more often (via AL.com):

“[H]e’s such a factor,” Quinn said. “We’ve got to get more possessions, more time, more plays. And I think that’s more a byproduct of getting Julio the ball more. It’s not where he needs the ball more, we need more plays so he can get the ball more. … We need more plays and better stops to create more opportunities to make plays.”

The Falcons travel to New England to take on the Patriots in a Super Bowl rematch on Sunday night. If Atlanta is going to win, QB Matt Ryan is indeed going to need to look Jones’s way a little more often.

See if the Falcons can pull off the upset on Sunday night at 8:30 p.m. Eastern time on NBC.
