The offseason graphics wars are really starting to heat up now.

The latest shot fired on Twitter comes from new Alabama assistant Josh Gattis. The new Crimson Tide receivers coach took to Twitter recently to remind everyone who the king of college football currently is, despite what you may hear otherwise from the promotional tools of other programs.

While Gattis doesn’t mention Texas A&M specifically here, he did release this the same day that Texas A&M gave Jimbo Fisher a plaque honoring his Aggie “national championship” that he has yet to win in College Station.

You’ll likely never hear Nick Saban discuss that gesture from the A&M brass but it would be interesting to get his thoughts on A&M’s decision to award such a trophy. In case you’ve forgotten, the Crimson Tide have been known to smash runner-up Playoff trophies.
