WATCH: Alabama students, fans give Jalen Hurts a thunderous ovation at graduation

Jalen Hurts is an absolute legend in Tuscaloosa, and the backup Alabama quarterback only added to his story with an incredible come-from-behind win in the SEC Championship Game earlier this month.
Hurts still has one year of eligibility remaining, and it’s possible he’ll transfer to play elsewhere in 2019, but he’ll leave on great terms.
As you can see below, Hurts graduated from Alabama on Saturday, and the ovation he received from fellow students and fans was incredible:
Standing ovation when he takes the field. Standing ovation when he walks the stage. Congrats + a big #RollTide to the legend himself, @JalenHurts ? #BamaGrad #WhereLegendsAreMade pic.twitter.com/aq6AnaHKqw

What a special moment that was for Hurts, and now he has his college degree, too.
Now, he’ll return his focus to the gridiron, where he’ll try to (potentially) go out with another national title.
