Basketball season is just around the corner, and Arkansas fans can start to pencil in games on the calendar for the men’s basketball team. The Razorbacks have released their non-conference schedule and it includes seven of their nine non-conference men’s basketball games at home with the 2020-21 season opener being Nov. 25 versus Mississippi Valley State.

The school announced a run of four-straight home games, including North Texas (Nov. 28). Arkansas then welcomes UT Arlington (Dec. 2) and Lipscomb (Dec. 5).

The next stretch includes the Tulsa Golden Hurricane in Tulsa (Dec. 8) and the Razorbacks return home to host Central Arkansas (Dec. 12), Oral Roberts (Dec. 20) and Abilene Christian (Dec. 22).

Arkansas’ final non-conference matchup will be facing Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Okla., on Jan. 30 as part of the annual SEC/Big 12 Challenge.

Whole Hog Sports reported that Arkansas won’t play a game in North Little Rock for the first time since the 1998-99 season.

Last year, Eric Musselman’s team finished 20-12 overall, and 7-11 in the SEC.

Arkansas has previously announced attendance will be limited to around 4,000 per home game this season.

This week is expected to be full of schedule announcements. CBS Sports reporter Jon Rothstein has reported that the SEC schedule is set to be released on Friday.
