“First, I want to say I’m thankful to the University of Arkansas,” Lewis said in his post. “I am forever blessed and grateful for all the memories during my time there.”
Lewis did not see much action this season for the Razorbacks, playing in just one game against Western Carolina and recording 2 tackles.
The Brownsville, Tennessee, native to Arkansas as a 3-star prospect, according to 247Sports composite. He was the No. 53 overall cornerback and the No. 18 player in the state of Tennessee. Lewis held offers from several other Power 5 schools like Auburn, Michigan State and Oregon State. He has 3 years of eligibility remaining.
Arkansas is looking to turn things around next season after a shaky 2023 season. Losing players to the portal doesn’t help, but now Sam Pittman is looking to replace that talent.
